Executive Summary
The lack of good investment properties and low yield levels in Europe's main market areas continue to drive investors to seek higher yields and spread risk in Scandinavia and Finland. Finland's yield levels have been competitive compared to other Nordic countries so far. Therefore investment capital is still flowing to our market area. This has manifested itself in what is known as the ABBA phenomenon: A areas have been searched for B properties and B areas for A properties. Demand for these properties was virtually non-existent a year ago.
