Folkhälsan and Stiftelsen Blomsterfonden have made a sale of a real estate located on Pohjolankatu in Helsinki, where Folkhälsan has operated as a tenant and service provider for ten years. Newsec acted as an advisor to the seller. Business will continue as before, focusing on housing, services and elderly care, but now Folkhälsan is both the owner and the service provider. In connection with the change of ownership, the name changes to Folkhälsan Kottby.
Newsec acted as an advisor to Stiftelsen Blomsterfonden i Helsingfors sr (later the Foundation) and prepared the necessary reports to create a strategy for improving the productivity of their real estate assets. The starting point was to find good alternatives for the Foundation financially and in terms of the Foundation's mission. Newsec assisted in the implementation and execution of the strategy. The final result was the sale of the nursing home located in Käpylä at a market price to its current tenant.
