Nordika sold a health care property, located in Espoon keskus, Espoo to eQ Community Properties Fund. The main tenant of the property is City of Espoo who uses the premises for several different health care purposes. The approximately 6.200 sqm property also recently received a BREEAM certificate.
Newsec advised the seller in this transaction.
“The transaction market has remained active in Finland during the beginning of the year with different health care assets being sought after. We are delighted to continue good collaboration with Nordika and eQ in this transaction”, states Thomas Vane-Tempest, Newsec´s Senior Advisor.
“We are once again satisfied to complete a successful transaction with eQ Community Properties Fund. The property is well positioned for the future and we believe eQ is the perfect fit for this asset. The transaction secures excellent risk-adjusted returns to Nordika and confirms our commitment and track-record in the Finnish market.” says Gabriel Cronstedt, Co-Founder of Nordika.
“The acquisition strengthens the fund’s position as provider of community services facilities in the capital region and we are pleased to be adding this property to our cooperation with the city of Espoo. Nordika has done a great job with the property and we are pleased be able to continue this journey together with the tenant.”, says Investment Director Jennifer Eloheimo from eQ.
