YIT Suomi Oy has on 5.7.2019, in collaboration with the limited partnership Suomen Osatontti II Ky, bought the former premises of Institute of Marketing from the registered association Markkinointi-instituutin Kannatusyhdistys ry. The property located in Helsinki at Töölöntullinkatu 4-6 has previously been in office and educational use. A new detailed plan allowing for residential development has taken effect in the area in spring 2019.
Institute of Marketing has been operating in its new premises at Revontulentie 7, Espoo since 2017.
