Successful sale of an unconstructed residential plot in Herttoniemi, Helsinki

Newsec had the pleasure of acting as a commercial advisor to an international owner in the sale of an unconstructed residential plot located in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, one of the most sought-after residential locations in the HMA. The plot offered a significant development potential with a construction volume of almost 30,000 sqm.

The property was bought by a fund managed by Nrep.
