Our construction management unit has grown significantly in recent years to meet this need. Today, our unit employs more than 30 professionals in construction management and project management, and each year we oversee around 800 different construction projects. The wide range of projects, from small maintenance works to extensive renovation and development projects, has strengthened our ability to manage both individual projects and large-scale portfolios.
The core of our operations is safeguarding the owner’s interests. We represent the client throughout the entire lifecycle of the project: from project planning and preparation of the investment decision all the way to implementation, handover, and the warranty period. Our task is to ensure that costs, schedule, and especially the risks during the project remain under control, and that the owner always has an up-to-date and reliable overall picture of the project or the entire property.

Our large project volume is a significant strength for us. When you manage hundreds of projects every year, operating models are refined, risks are identified early, and solutions are based on experience rather than assumptions. For customers, this is reflected in a proactive approach: costs are not only monitored, but also forecast. The impacts of changes are assessed in good time, and decisions are based on facts.
During construction, project management for us means taking overall responsibility for leadership. We take care of managing change design, procurement, construction contracts, schedule coordination, as well as change and risk management. Proactive and transparent reporting ensures that the client stays involved in the project’s progress at all times and is able to make decisions at the right moment.

Digital tools support proactive management and free up time for what really matters: timely decisions and the effective safeguarding of the owner’s interests.
