The results of Newsec Property Asset Management’s spring 2026 customer satisfaction survey are a real cause for celebration: we achieved the highest scores in our history for both the CSI (Client Satisfaction Index) and NPS (Net Promoter Score).

In the customer satisfaction survey conducted twice a year, our customers assess their satisfaction with Newsec and the services we provide.
The results for spring 2026 have just been finalized and the feedback is delightful to share: We achieved the highest scores in our history for both the Client Satisfaction Index (CSI) and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
“As a customer-oriented organization, it is a pleasure to see that our active and proactive approach to developing our operations is visible to our customers, and that our services are perceived as even better,” says CEO Anna-Liisa Sarasoja.
CSI and NPS figures have risen systematically in recent years, and in particular the now achieved NPS score of +44 is an excellent achievement for a management company of this size across all its customer relationships.
“Customer satisfaction is one of our key metrics, and we will continue to pay special attention to it in the future. Satisfied customers also often recommend us to new customers,” Sarasoja continues.
We received particular praise for our professional, committed and approachable key personnel and teams. As in previous years, our financial administration services were rated at the highest level among our services.
“We received a lot of verbal feedback, and it is a pleasure to share the positive feedback with the teams. The appreciation of our work from customers gives it special meaning and is motivating. The constructive feedback obtained through the survey is also extremely important for the development of our operations,” says Sarasoja.
In connection with the survey, respondents can also choose which charity they would like Newsec to make its semi-annual donation to.
