IQM Quantum Computers moves headquarters to ARC to support its growth

Finnish quantum computing company IQM Quantum Computers has experienced significant growth in recent years. Following its historic dual listing on the Nasdaq Global Select Market in New York and Nasdaq Helsinki in July 2026, the company continues to strengthen its position as a global leader in superconducting quantum computing.

To support its next phase of growth, IQM set out to find with the help of Newsec high-quality headquarters premises that would accommodate its growth ambitions, technological requirements, and company culture. The solution was found just around the corner in Keilaniemi ARC, where IQM relocated at the beginning of October.

The approximately 2,500-square-meter premises on a single floor provide IQM with a modern, efficient, and scalable headquarters environment designed to support innovation and growth for years to come.

Newsec is responsible for the redevelopment and leasing of ARC on behalf of the property owner. The premises underwent extensive renovation and were tailored to meet IQM's specific requirements. Construction project management was carried out by Rakennustoimisto O. Hämäläinen, with Helin & Co serving as the principal architect and Franz Design responsible for the general interior design concept. Newsec's Design & Concept team acted as IQM's interior designer tailoring the space to reflect IQM's unique brand and identity.
