When Helsinki Outlet was looking for a new partner for its financial administration, the goal was to find an expert partner with an in‑depth understanding of the real estate business. Previously, the Outlet’s financial administration had been handled together with a traditional accounting firm, but the growing business and especially the operation of a large shopping village created pressure to look for a new service provider that could offer a versatile real estate professional’s perspective, flexibility, and strong reporting capabilities.

Cooperation was enhanced right from the start by building an interface between the client’s own system and Newsec’s reporting platform, Newsec Online. As a result, the client’s data is seamlessly integrated with Newsec’s data.

The result is real-time reporting that is continuously available in the system. Owner reporting is designed to support the management of the customer’s business operations. The reporting is clear and transparent, focusing on the key figures that are used to steer the business.

An agile way of working and low-threshold interaction

One of the most important things for the customer has been the way of working together. Communication is daily, operational issues are handled quickly, and development is carried out jointly without a heavy project structure.
