Property Performance Reports is a reporting solution developed by Newsec that brings together a property’s key figures, current status and development recommendations in one clear report. The report is designed to support property owners and other stakeholders in efficient, data-driven management. With this new product, the monitoring of financials, technical requirements and ESG indicators is handled comprehensively, enabling quick decision-making, identification of development needs and compliance with statutory obligations.
This reporting package is an integral part of Newsec’s way of ensuring high-quality management services for our clients.
Property Performance Reports includes, among other things, a maintenance cost reporting section that provides real-time cost monitoring and thus enables experts to comment on account-level deviations on a monthly basis. This helps keep costs under control and respond to any potential changes in a timely manner.
The annual property audit report compiles all property-specific deviations and maintenance needs. This ensures that all properties are in proper condition and that any potential deficiencies are identified and corrected in time.
We are responsible for managing the service providers of the sites, for quality, and for meeting compliance requirements, which we monitor through real-time procurement tracking.
