The entities to be evaluated include dozens of rental housing companies, various types of commercial premises, as well as developed and undeveloped residential plots in key growth centers and also in smaller localities around Finland.
In the assessment of residential properties, Newsec’s own map-based comparable transaction tool is used. For commercial premises, Newsec’s extensive investor and tenant market monitoring, the market knowledge of our local offices, and Newsec’s own research team, which continuously tracks the real estate market, are all utilized. For land plot valuations, the main tool is a calculation application developed by Newsec.
