Market analysis
We conduct customized market analyses for our clients, for example, as part of the commercial DD of a real estate transaction or for internal decision-making. Our clients also commission us to conduct real estate economic analyses, for example, for rail infrastructure investments, assets for development, or zonal pricing models for building rights.

Defined market data
Since 2010, Newsec has provided MSCI Property Intel with market data on the 50 largest municipalities in Finland. Our clients can access the market data via MSCI Property Intel. From 2024 onwards, sub-market data produced by Newsec will also be available through the Exquance ModelTree software.
Aggregated raw data
We also provide our clients with submarket-specific, aggregated raw data in table format. This suits our clients who use Newsec's raw data for calculations without analysis. The raw data is available for the office rental market based on Newsec's available data points. Data is available for key sub-markets, with a regional breakdown that can be defined according to the needs of our clients:
