In Commercial management & leasing at Newsec, we are responsible for our clients’ property portfolios, and can influence our daily tasks to a high degree. We deal with any question that arises from property lease agreements. Therefore, close cooperation and good relations with tenants and clients are key to our success.

We are responsible for preparing and implementing a property’s business plans, including working with development potential, revenue flow, operational optimisation, energy initiatives and renovations, focusing on client and tenant satisfaction. The Commercial Management & Leasing team also works closely with other internal teams at Newsec, such as the Sustainability & Technical Management team and the Project Management team. Through our work, we deliver the greatest value for our client’s investment.
